Arsenal second bid for Declan Rice to be rejected

 

Arsenal have submitted a second proposal for West Ham's Declan Rice, offering a total fee of £90m with £75m upfront and £15m in add-ons.

    However, West Ham are expected to reject this proposal as they believe the add-ons will be difficult to achieve. 

It is also rumored that they are anticipating competition from Man City in the coming week. Arsenal, however, remain confident.
