It appears that Newcastle has submitted an official bid to AC Milan for Sandro Tonali.

 The negotiations are reportedly advancing, with Newcastle offering a package close to €70m.

AC Milan is looking for more than the offered fee, and the deal will depend on the add-ons.

In other words Newcastle has reportedly offered Tonali more than double his current salary, including add-ons.
